I’m Folajomi some people in the design community call me Purple Queen 👑 and I’ve been designing for about five years now. Over that time, I’ve explored projects from FinTech apps to Web3 games, SaaS dashboards to AI platforms, e-commerce, logistics, and gamified experiences.

My Journey into design
Started my Tech journey as a passionate about research and Business , until design found me. I’ve been designing digital products for fintech, SaaS, Fintech, SaaS, AI, Human resource, AR and Web3 startups mostly across Africa, Europe, and the US. I’ve worked on mobile apps, web apps, and progressive web apps (PWAs). I’ve also helped shape and maintain design systems for big platforms.
I don’t box myself in: I design, I build with no-code tools like Framer, and I create playful illustrations when the project (or my curiosity) calls for it.
Along the way, I’ve also become a mentor and tutor, guiding over 12,000 designers through Zuri Team, Reskill America, and the HNG Internship. For me, design isn’t just about shipping products, I care about making things clearer and easier for people and growing in my skills.

Focusing on figuring out the right problem to solve is the core of my UX process. I lead with a user-centric mindset, using iterative sprints to design and deliver systems that meet both user needs and business goals. With a knack for innovating within constraints like latency, token budgets or infrastructure, I adapt UX flows to the realities of AI systems while maintaining usability, trust and measurable impact
